Perfect Peace

Raise your hand if you would like to experience God’s perfect peace.

Isaiah 26:3 tells us that God gives perfect peace to those who “keep their purpose firm,” and “put their trust in Him.” In addition to perfect, the Bible also describes His peace as transcending all understanding in Philippians 4:7.

God’s peace sounds like something worth pursuing, doesn’t it?

When our lives are running smoothly, we are blessed with moments of relief, relaxation, and rest, but the perfect peace of God is a gift far superior to those fleeting feelings. His peace brings an incomparable sense of calm, contentment, and confidence. Obtaining God’s peace means allowing Romans 8:28, And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose, to be the theme of our lives… believing all will be well in all circumstances because our all-knowing God is in control.

No matter what we are going through, may we boldly continue to trust God’s purpose and plan. May we confidently reach out to receive His perfect peace. Nothing this world offers comes close to matching it.

Raise your hand if you would like to experience God’s perfect peace…

and gratefully accept it as He graciously extends it to you.

You, Lord, give perfect peace to those who keep their purpose firm and put their trust in You. Isaiah 26:3
